How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of WorryFreeBaby (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Received in Atyrau within 5 weeks. Product is as per description. It is compatible with LEGO duplo, though, pieces on this one do not hold together really tight. I've ordered 156 pcs, and as stated by others it is simply shipped as 3 packages of 52 pcs. It did not have the manual for 156 pcs just three manuals for 52 pcs, however, it is really easy to come up with some sctuctures without problem. Overall decent toy for decent price. My kid (2.5 yeard old) is pretty happy on this one.

The designer is excellent, the plastic is like a Lego Duplo, as they wrote in one review, the plastic ringing like a Duplo. Fastens well. The only, not very stable supports made of narrow parts, but this is simply because of the peculiarity of the parts used, if you take the cubes-very stable. All the details are intact. Only from the nested stickers with eyes, some got off. I ordered a set of 104 parts and 52 pieces, sent 3 sets of 52 pieces, at first I thought it was mixed up, and then it turned out to be okay, just this set of 104 pieces is essentially and there are two sets of 52 pieces. Delivery for about a month, everything was traced to the Post Office. The store's sets are indicated in different colors (where the number of parts in the picture is indicated), I did not understand why, I ordered those indicated in turquoise

Great!!! From Lego Duplo indistinguishable!!! But if you look closely. Absolutely no smell. The photo in the top row of Lego Duplo original, lower the constructor.

Super marble track, perfect fit with Duplo. Large variability. You will need more parts soon. :)
Delivered pretty fast, packed well. Item matching description, my son loves this set. 100% compatible with Duplo. It comes with some stickers (eye shaped). During transportation one piece got chipped and some stickers got glued to some random pieces, but that was expected, keeping in mind the distance and the fact that they come in a bag, not in a box. Quality product, I recommend it and definitely will buy again.
We got it within a week! Very fast. Sealing of the packages very good. We dit not build it yet but it looks great!
